What Causes Bloating, Diarrhea And Back Pain?

I started having pressure, pain and abdominal bloating and the feeling of needing to use the bathroom Sunday night. I originally thought it was a UTI which I have had in the past but then I started having diarrhea which has not stopped. Today I am experiencing pain radiating in my back along the waist line and it is also very painful on my left side when I move or take a deep breath. Any ideas of what this could be?
