What Causes Bloating And Constipation?

Hi, I am 43 years of age and have been putting on weight since the birth of my youngest child who is now 14. I have fibriods and am waiting for laster treatment, however I also have problems with my digestive system, and have a lot of wind, constipation, and feel like Im eight months pregnant, i am so unfortable, please help!!

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Avoid chewing gum.

-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.

-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.

-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.

-Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).
