What Causes Bloating And Blood In The Stool?

I drank three vodkas and had a couple of beers on Saturday - woke up Sunday with slight bloating feeling and blood in stool that would cause me to go to the bathroom once an hour. Monday, woke up with heavy feeling in abdomen but the bleeding has slowed down - blood was at first bright red, darker this morning. I am a 35 year old male, 6'4 240 lbs - no medical history except for high blood pressure

Well come HCM
Thank for asking
I really appreciate your concern, excessive alcohol may cause the GI bleeding if this is the history acid peptic disease or it is the ulcerative colitis else alcohol may not be the cause of the bleeding per rectum or blood stained stool but it could be due to constipation or it could be due to fissure, hemorrhoid, just to differentiate this better to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps.
