What Causes Bloated Stomach Along With Irregular Bowel Movement?

hi, i have severe bloating and trapped gas, occasionally with cramps. lots of noises from large intestine, like clicking and rumbling. every morning must have a bowel movement immediately otherwise severe discomfort continues all day. stools are always pebble-shaped with mucus, easy to pass. occasionally there is constipation or diarrhea. passing excessive mucus at times during a bowel movement (on its own, not stuck to stools) is very common. i'm 33 years old, 5' 9" and have a healthy diet and no other medical issues. please help!

I am of the opinion that You may be suffering from IBS. it is also called irritable bowel syndrome. Your treatment regimen should be:
1. Tab Rifaximin 200mg PO thrice a day for three days
2. psyllium husk at bedtime
3. Tab medigas(simethicone) to relieve of bloating
4.some osmotic laxatives such as milk of magnesia.
5. avoid oily and spicy foods, avoid alcohol and smoking
Get back to me after a week
