hello, With this kind of history, the most likely diagnosis seems to be pompholyx. An attack of pompholyx is characterized by the sudden onset of crops of clear blisters. There is no redness, but a sensation of heat and prickling of the palms may precede attacks. Itching may be severe. The attack subsides spontaneously with peeling of skin occurs in 2–3 weeks in most cases. however, onset before 10 years is unusual but this seems to be the best diagnosis for your son. In case, if the blister are still persisting, you can use potassium permaganate soaks to decrease the acute phase. Later on, you can put calamine lotion and a steroid cream (mometasone, betamethasone etc.) to clear the lesion totally.
