What Causes Blisters On The Nose?

I have had a zit(looks like one) on my nose for 3 months. It comes to a head and then the pore is wise open and then it s back again the next day. I have amazing skin, so this is strange to me. I however am in the sun a lot and am wondering if it may be skin cancer related?

Hi,

It seems that most probably you may be having comedones. It is a type of acne in which you develop black dot like lesions. After removal of black material, you might have holes or openings on the skin.

You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

Isotretinoin 10 mg daily at night and minocycline 50 in morning for the long time may be helpful. Application of retinoic acid gel 0.012% at night on the affected area might improve the condition. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash. Avoid sun exposure. Take vitamin A containing food like papaya and carrot.

You might get good result after few months treatment.

I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
