Hello,

Without visual photographic examination it is difficult to say what it can be either herpes simplex infection or drug induced effects of mephentamine. Let me answer few questions:

1) Have you fever before blister.
2) Tell about age.
3) Is there such blisters anywhere else.
4) Do you feel dryness in mouth.
5) Send photograph of the area.
6) Let me tell you meth can cause dryness of mouth, lips and can cause breaking of skin on lips results sores.

However,to tell whether it is herpes or drug indicated I am waiting for your feedback.
Treatment plan would be initiated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
Dentist
