Being uncircumcised is a risk factor for most genital infections.The treatment of these infections are not encouraged with over the counter medications.Good practice will entail objective management not probabilistic. I will therefore suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigations.Tests like a urethral swap smear test, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia tests and a urinalysis may be helpful.You will need a more objective treatment.I will only recommend good genital hygiene and bathing or with an anti-septic soap or solution like cyteal for now.
