What Causes Blisters On The Foreskin Of Penis After Intercourse?

Hi Dr. Chandan. My foreskin is sensitive and I had a rough intercourse a week back (with protection). From past 3 days there are a lot of ulcers/blisters on my foreskin and the penis is also swolen. There is a constant deposit of white liquid with foul smell. I had to clean it regualrly which is causing me immense pain as I am not circumcised. I dont think its a case of STD. Can you please suggest me some cream to apply or some medication to get cured soon. And also should i keep my foreskin down (in streched form) to avoid the deposit of smelly white liquid?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The symptoms you describe could be caused by the following medical conditions:
-STIs like syphilis and herpes
-Local skin infection by bacteria or fungi
-A skin irritation or allergy may not give you blisters with foul smelling discharges.
Being uncircumcised is a risk factor for most genital infections. The treatment of these infections are not encouraged with over the counter medications.Good practice will entail objective management not probabilistic.
I will therefore suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigations.Tests like a urethral swap smear test, syphilis, herpes, chlamydia tests and a urinalysis may be helpful. You will need a more objective treatment.I will only recommend good genital hygiene and bathing or with an anti-septic soap or solution like cyteal for now.
Hope my answer will help you
Wish you a speedy recovery
