General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The blisters on feet, bumps on penis with history of unprotected gay sex may be part of Syphillis or other sexually transmitted diseases. Kindly get examined for the lab tests of gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphillis, HIV panel with reference from your primary care physician and get best treatment options available for the same.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
