What Causes Blisters Inside The Nostril?

I had a painful water blister on my septum, just where I can feel my septum start. It popped the following day but other blisters have developed inside that nostril. I m in agony. Do you know what caused these blisters or what they are? What treatment can I use?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The blister in the nostril can be related to herpes simplex virus. I suggest using Acyclovir cream for local application. I also suggest using a painkiller in case of pain such as Ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
