What Causes Blisters And Rashes Under The Breasts Spreading To The Back?

I think I have shingles. Is there a home cure so I don t have to go to the Dr s. office? We have a foot of snow and more coming. It is a rash with blisters underneath my right boob and continues a little towards my back. It is more painful then itching at this point.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The main reason to go to the doctor would be pain relief. If you have medications that you can use at home to help relieve your discomfort you can try them eg cataflam, naproxen , ibuprofen. Can combine with a pain killer from a different family to help with relief eg paracetamol
A cold compress can be added to this.

If these are not strong enough, since shingles pain can be severe, you may have to wait till you can see your doctor

At some point in the future, you may also want to consider the shingles injection to reduce recurrences.

I hope this helps
