What Causes Blisters 3 Days After Injury?

My son split hot milk on his lower back 3 days ago...his skin slightly came of(2-3 cms)...He developed blisters(2 to 3 small)..But he has no fever and he is active. How long does it take for curing and I am applying Silverex cream...after 3 days he developed 2 small blister..why does this happens?

I read your query. Through your descriotion, this appears to be a first degree burn. First of all, maintain proper hygiene of the area. You can wash it with milk or warm saline water.
Do not peel away blister in any case. Loose fitting clothes should be worn to avoid irritation to the area.
Applying honey or aloe vera gel have soothing effect.
In case of pain, analgesics like ibuprofen or acetaminophen helps. It will take 1-2 weeks for blisters to start receding.
Maintain hydration and nutrition of your child.
However, if symptoms persists or worsen, consult a physician.
