What Causes Blister On Back Of A Baby?

Hi my 4 month baby has what I can only describe as a blister on his back I thought maybe it was a carpet burn from him pushing up with his feet but it seems to have got bigger although the first bit I treated with sidereal the scab has come off and the fresh skin is fine but what could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, such formation of blister could be due to viral infection better to wait for some time and do not disturb the lesion, because this would be fine soon even without the medicine but care need to be taken for secondary infection and in that case antibiotic may be initiated, and best would be "Amoxicillin" oral suspension dose need to be adjusted according to weight of baby, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
