What Causes Bleeding Of The Penis Post Prostate Biopsy?

I underwent a prostate biopsy at 10:45 yesterday morning and I did not have any problems until around 10 pm last night. I was told to drink plenty of liquids which I have been doing. Since that time I feel like I need to urinate every five minutes but no urine comes out. I am trying not to strain too much in order to urinate but when I have strained I also feel like I need to def8cate but am also unable to do that. I am still bleeding periodically from my penus but it does not appear to be excessive. As a result In cannot get to sleep. Please advise if there is something I can do.

Add ciprofloxacin upto seven days .If u have pain you can take combflame three times a day .If any bowel problem arises you can take enemas or laxatives at night .It happened every cases do not worry at all.
