General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history of being pregnant for 30 weeks and having nosebleed.
The commonest cause of nosebleed during pregnancy are one of the following:
Raised blood pressure of pregnancy.
Physiological changes during pregnancy causing easy mucosal tear and bleeding.
Nose pricking.
Raised liver function tests.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for nasal endoscopy.
Get blood pressure and pulse done repeated for few times and particularly during nosebleed.
Liver functions, bleeding time, clotting time and prothrombine time.
Once a proper cause is found you will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
