Hello,

As long as the bleeding per rectum is concern, two conditions are very common, first is constipation that forms the hemorrhoids and second is fissure for differentiate these clinical examination is must.

If no fissure is there and no hemorrhoids are there, then intestinal infection need to be rule out, then such symptom of bleeding per rectum needs to be taken seriously.

Without the proper investigations it cannot be managed, it is better to see the doctor proper diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Husain
