What Causes Bleeding During Urination While Treating PCOS?

I had some bloody mucus come out yesterday so I thought I was starting my period. But I m not bleeding. Only time blood comes out is when I go pee and it s stringy and deep red. I have PCOS and I m getting sharp pains on my right side and light headedNess . What should I do?

Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

without proper medical examination it is difficult to tell where the blood is actually coming from , if it is related to Urinary Tract then it may be related to a kidney stone or a urethral stricture or a stone in ureter etc , but if it is related to vaginal bleeding than most probably it may be related to
Ruptured Ovarian cyst on right ovary (As You Already have PCOS)

so i would strongly suggest you to see Your Gynecologist, she may go for all necessary medical investigations to rule out any underlying medical condition

I hope it help
