What Causes Bleeding During Urination After Masturbating With Clitoris?

im 18 and have been on repo shot for around 2 years almost and this month I m getting the nexaplon in my arm. But recently after i masturbate only with my clitoris i bleed right after i go pee. Its now happened two times in a row, both different days. Not sure why this is happening. Its never happened before and now I m worried. And I ve never had a pap.

Understand your concern
Bleeding right after masturbation suggest mechanical trauma to superficial venous plexus of cervix and vagina.
I advice you to consult the gynecologist and go for vaginal examination to confirm the injury:
Take warm water sitz bath with added betadine, maintain pelvic hygiene, wear pure cotton loose inner wear, apply neomycin ointment to prevent the infections.
Other cause should be rule out like vaginal infection, cervix and endometrial dyspalsia.
In absence of all above cause, it may be side effect of the shot.
So consult the gynecologist and take proper treatment.
