Hello ma'am and welcome.

Well ma'am, the fall could be related to your sexual function or not, we can only tell after an elaborate evaluation. It is important to schedule an appointment with your doctor for the same, and so please do so.

You have also missed your last period which raises doubt of some abnormality with your menstrual cycle, and so I would recommend a visit to your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
