I'm 30 weeks pregnant and today I was screaming,punching,slapping my boyfriend then I stopped when I couldn't breathe cause of the heat and maybe I stressed to much too then last night I went to the bathroom to pee and I saw light blood when I wiped myself and a tiny bit of blood gulps

Hi.at 30 weeks pregnancy the 2 main reasons for bleeding are;
1.placenta previa in which your placenta is located near or over internal is.
2.abruptio placenta in which there is pre mature saperation of placenta before delivery of the baby.
To confirm the diagnosis.. Ultrasound is needed. Thanks.
