What Causes Bleeding, Dizziness, Severe Abdominal Pain After Mirena Iud Insertion?

i had mirena iud put on sept.10 th 2012 since then im bleeding everyday for4 weeks couple times a day also i cant see the strings plus i have diziness that im about to fell also have severe abdominal pain since yesterday and still i call plan parenthood they gave me an appointment for wed do u think it will be late

I think that the first thing that is required for this condition is a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen to rule out if the Mirena is at correct position or not, because if the Mirena is displaced from its position these symptoms can occur.
