General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You are taking drugs for hyper tension ( lisinopril & prazocin ), depression ( clonazepamn & triazolam)Cymbalta (duloxetin ), for allergy or cough ( diphenhydramine & MANY OTHER DRUGS LIKE MULTI VITAMINS.
Still you are having tiredness, blood over tissue paper , pain in bones and fatigue .
In my opinion there are these possibilities, these includes .
1 Hemorrhoids , so get in physical examination as this is important . I have noted that those patients , who take multiple drugs usually develops hemorrhoids due to constipation ( due to drugs ).
2 Pain in many bones and fatigue or tiredness may be due to anemia ( caused by blood loss as on toilet papers , get in blood examination for hemoglobin level .
3 As you mentioned that there is depression and anxiety , so consult one more psychiatrist and get his opinion ( another opinion).
Don't desperate rather deal as I mentioned above because you are also getting drugs for heart disease.
Good luck.
