What Causes Bleeding And Pain In The Genitals Post Injury?

My 5 yr old daughter was jumping on a trampoline and she fell directly on her girl parts on the pole around the trampoline. She screamed out in pain, I took her panties off and there was blood on the crotch of her panties. It wasn t a lot, but enough to notice. about an inch. Should I take her to the ER? She is no longer crying but she won t walk ( I think because she s nervous to)

Presence of bleeding after injury is suggestive of an open wound. Your daughter needs to be examined by a doctor to see the extent of injury.
If it is a minor injury it will heal by itself. She may need stiches it there is a cut injury.
