Your IUD may be shifting lower in your uterus and may be at risk for coming out. You should see a healthcare provider to do an examination to make sure the coil is still in the proper place and functioning properly. Your irregular Pap smear may also have been caused by inflammation from your IUD which is not a risk for cancer but you need also to be checked for infection.
