What Causes Bleeding After Positive Test In UPT?

i had my last period on 15th of august and my mensus is delayed by 10 days by now. I had checked with Pregtest home kit a product of Cipla which showed positive today morning but i am having some bleeding since afternoon. may i know what is happening to my system? am I pregnant

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
You are having threatened abortion and for that you should get a pelvic ultrasound as soon as possible.
In the meantime -
- take full bed rest except for going to bathroom.
- avoid constipation
- avoid intercourse.
In case the ultrasound is abnormal visit your gynecologist as soon as possible.
