What Causes Bleeding After Bowels While Having Enlarged Seminal Vesicle?

I HAVE NO STONE FOUND IN X-RAY AND USG OF KUB.I HAD BACK AND ABDOMEN PAIN.I USE TAB FUROBID 500 AND SOL.ALHASOL FOR APP.10 DAYS.ONLY ENLARGED SEMINAL VESILE IS FOUND IN USG OF KUB.I AM 29YRS,MALE,170 HEIGHT.PAIN IS NOT NOW.BUT SLIGHT BLEEDING SOMETIME FOUND AT THE TIME OF LATRINE WHEN I GIVE SOME PRESURE.IS THERE ANY MAJURE PROBLEM OR SLOULD YOUR SUGGESTION?

* It is not a major issue , take some precautions as under and you will
be fine

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Diet with high fiber , green leafy veg , cereals , pulses , whole grains ,
legumes , organic fresh fruits .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each
morning , evening and additionally after passing stools ) .
- Local application of Xylocaine ( 5 % ) jelly gives soothing action .
- Consult later your surgeon if required .
