What Causes Bladder Infection?

Starting almost a month ago I started having horrible symptoms. I feel like I'm going to faint at times, vision changes, tingling in the top of my head, pressure on my head (both tingling and pressure come and go throughout the day, low body temp. and chills and shivering, loss of coordination, I sometimes get headaches but they are on one side of my head. I also have a hot feeling in my stomach. I had a MRI that came back alright they diagnoised me with a bladder infection. Please help me I'm 23 with three small children and I want to live to be around to watch them grow.

Urologist 's  Response
Firstly don't get panic. The symptoms that u mentioned r suggestive of neurological problem, may not be severe enough, as MRI does not reveal anything specific.. But then u need to see neurologist.

Secondly I believe u don't have urinary complaints like frequency, urgency, burning sensation in urination. MRI is not diagnostic of UTI. U need to have urine routine and culture to prove infection. Get them done and treat ur infection accordingly.
