What Causes Blackish Discolouration Around Dissolvable Stitches On Ear?

Hi the area around my stitches behind my ear is turning blackish, i got a mole removed and then had to get more because of possible cancer an got dissolvable stitches and its only the second day and there are brown strips on top of it but there is a black color around it what does it mean

some mucous secretions from the wound might have clogged and gave that colour .
nothing to worry .
when ur sutures get removed that will come to normal colour in 10 days
