General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Blood has come out from your vagina because of monthly period.

The tiny worm has come out your anus and it is an intestinal parasite.

I advise to send a stool sample in the lab to diagnose intestinal parasites and treat them adequately.

The treatment should be started with anti-helminthic meds like albendazole (you can find over the counter).

Keep good personal hygiene especially after using bathroom.

Wish fast recovery.
