What Causes Black Watery Stools?

My penis is bent to the right side and i want it back to normal. Not only that im experiencing black watery stools 2 times this morning and the day before yesterday. Under my tongue grown 2 dots and im having bad oulsur right on top of my lips just beside my teeth. I have never experience black watery stools in my life and wondering what is the issue. Please help me.
