What Causes Black Watery Stool And Diarrhea?

Hi, I am experiencing weird symptoms and I cannot identify what is going on. I have black watery stool, diarrhea, and a little blood on the tissue. I have noticed I have been bruising a lot more easily lately. I do have a sore throat but it might just be something else.
