What Causes Black Vomiting During Pregnancy?

my friend is 14 weeks pregnant and earlier this week we noticed she got these red spots on both her eyes and I have noticed I think she is forcing herself to throw up for attention and then yesterday she was throwing up black and brown fluid, he husband told her it was protien, but something dont seem right..

This type of vomiting cannot be attention seeking vomiting. Dark colour vomiting is likely to be due to bile in it which denotes that it is very serious problem. If it is reddish brown, it could be due to blood in it.

Under any circumstances, she needs hospitalization and intravenous fluid therapy with some injection to control the vomiting. Intravenous therapy will correct her dehydration, electrolyte imbalance and acidosis, which otherwise are risky for her life.

Please take her to a good obstetrician. Do not neglect calling it as attention seeking vomiting.
