What Causes Black Stools, Fatigue And Body Chills?

I have been dealing with high blood pressure but today it is super low yesterday I had black tarry bowel movement and today the same I m a heart patient 2 artificial valves and lost both breast eleven years ago I have no doctor I have an appt. on the 15 finally can get in do I need to be alarmed I m chilled and feel weak or like I m going to pass out when I get up
