What Causes Black Sticky Stools?
I have had black tarry stools that are sticky in that the stool will stick to toilet paper that is dipped into the toilet bowl. It is something that is infrequent. I have previously has an endoscopic ultrasound as well as a barium upper GI test. Both tests had no detection of issue. I do not know what I should do at this point. Any ideas or suggestions?

Kindly get your stool for occult blood to see for any concealed bleeding and also Blood Complete picture for Hemoglobin. Review with labs
