What Causes Black Spots With Pustule On Skin?

I have red dots all over that dont really itch. The older ones have gotten a black core and a bit of oozing. Have not done yard work or anything different that could have caused them. I noticed them a few days ago and went to the Er. Blook work was normal, they gave predizone and topical steroid. More are turning black. 41 male Midwest usa

It seems like a allergic reaction. Now there are many causes of allegic reactions other than hives. I think you should also take ANTI ALLERGIC tablet ebastine 10 mg 1×PO×BD. And if there is pus you definitely need antibiotics (like tablet doxycyclin 100mg 1×PO×BD). Consult your GP again for perscription.
