What Causes Black Spots In The Field Of Vision?

My right eye, bottom right in my peripheral vision, ther s like a small black area that s almost seems like it s throbbng a little, but I can t see out of it, it started a few minutes ago and still hasn t gone away. I already wear glasses and I don t know if I should be concerned about it?
