Dear sir

As it appears from symptoms that you are having problems with diabetic foot. Diabetic foot is a condition which creates amprocoagulant state in our body.

This state causes repeated episodes of bleeding and clotting mechanisms activation which causes small petichial hemorrhages some times

It needs attention as major changes would have been occurring in blod vessels or heart and cerebral blood vessels

So get evaluated for all the tests including blood sugar profile, lipid profile, serum creatinine and review

Thanks
