Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

The history of seeing black spots in front of the eye and headache indicates probable primary headache like migraine.
This requires treatment for migraine by the use of anti-migraine drugs like ergotamine in acute attacks and prophylactic drugs like flunarizine to prevent recurrent attacks.
You need to consult your doctor for examination and treatment.
