What Causes Black Spot On Leg?
I look like I might have a small black spot on my leg that just showed up. When Intry to scrape it off it is sore and gets a little red around the circle of the shape...it feels like there is something stuck in my skin....is it a tick and how do I check?

The black spot what you are complaining of on the leg could be a wart or skin tag.
It does not disappear by any means except for getting it removed.
You can get it done under local anesthesia by chemical or electro cautery.
Kindly contact Dermatologist in this regard for appropriate management.
