What Causes Black Liquid Drainage From The Abscess On The Breast?

I have an abscess on my breast, and it is draining by is self. I noticed some black stuff coming out of it. I am a type one diabetic and I also have my nipples pierced. What could of caused this and what can I do to help clear it up? There is still a very hard lump under my nipple and is very tender.

first you have to do ultrasonography that help for further diagnosis.
Drainage from pus is collecte and do culture test so we can know which infection is present at lesion site.

You have diabetes so more chances of infection more.
Control your diabetes.
In Breast abcess ,you have to drain that pus from lesion site.
