What Causes Black Holes On Tonsils?
Since yesterday I have had a fever and I noticed my glands were swollen so I looked at my throat and my right tonsil is swelling and has white spots all over and just below it has spots too but it also looks like a hole or it is black I cant tell because of my tongue. Should I see my doctor?

The white spots and swollen tonsil is because of the tonsillitis or tonsillolith nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Meanwhile you can take a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin (if you are not allergic) Do saline gargling.
