What causes black floaters in vision?

Hi I know its hard to diagnose MS. It runs in my family. My dad and his sister have it. I have been having symptoms for a few years, off and on. I m 32 female. I ve developed black floaters in my vision, more than usual. Sometimes I get dizzy and lose my balance. I get easily fatigued and the heat drains me a lot. I get pins and needles feeling in my hands , arms, feet ,calves. They fall asleep very easily. Sometimes my back goes numb in places. Sometimes I get sharp shooting pains in my feet, particularly the toes or in fingers. Sometimes its hard for me to walk or stand from a sitting position. Putting the weight on the leg is too uncomfortable. Or my whole leg has fallen asleep! I see a chiropractor to hello alleviate the uncomfortable feelings. It helps, but seems I can go months without any real problems. Then its like a flare uo . that s what I call it when these things happen again more frequently.

General & Family Physician 's  Response

Consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possibilities like vitreous involvement and cataract.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
