Normally within 2 weeks it will come back to the normal. It s great that CT scan and Xray shows nothing significant. So don t be panic, give time you will be ok. Only you can need some symptomatic treatment My advice for this- Apply cold compression on the affected area, If pain there take Ibuprofen or Ketorolac, along with Esomeprazole or Pantoprazole, Take an antibiotic like Cefixime or Cefuroxime to counter the secondary bacterial infection.
