Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be contact allergic dermatitis. The pigmentation is due to rubbing or scratching the skin.

Avoid contact with suspected allergens like dust, grass, soap, leather etc.

Take antihistaminics like Levocetirizine. Apply mild steroid cream like Mometasone cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel,
