Almost all lung lesions (tubercular or infective or injury) heal by either fibrosis or calcification or both. Your husband wad having tuberculosis and now completed the treatment. So tube lesions must be healed and showing fibrosis, pleural thickening etc.. Scoliosis is also due to healing sequel. So no need to worry for tuberculosis in your husband s case.
