I have a problem where my facial skin can turn beet red (not rosacea) and actually cause my left eye to burn. These episodes can last 30 minutes or more and are usually later in day or early evening. It can happen when I eat or not. I can just be sitting down talking to someone. This has controlled my entire nightlife as I get sooooo embarassed by it. I remember an episode of Grey s Anatomy where a young women had surgery for this, but I haven t a clue what it was. HELP
