What Causes Bald Spot And Freckles On Forehead?

i am 24 years old, i have a bald spot that has gotten bigger on my forehead? i have had blood tests done and everything is fine. i did get my skin checked also and the doctor said that i have lots of heavy freckles on my forehead which he stated was suspisious? but that was all that was said and no further action was taken. could this bald spot have anything to do with all the freckels just on my forehead?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Both freckles and alopecia (bald spot) are unrelated.
For bald spot, you can use Minoxidil solution at night. The treatment response is gradual. So, please be patient.
Treat freckle with Kojic acid and hydroquinone combination cream at night. Along with sunscreen application at morning (8 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM on sun exposed areas)
