Hello and welcome to health care magic.
The patches of hair loss can be due to fungal infections or due to the influence of male hormones or nutritional deficiencies.
My advice is to visit a Skin specialist and let him have a look at your symptoms.
If it's fungal, there will be tiny flaking on the scalp which can be treated by giving antifungal lotions.
If it's androgenitic, it's due to your your genes which you got inherited from your parents. It can be treated with minoxidil topical application.
Add a lot of vegetables and citrus fruits in your diet.
If everything fails, you can go for hair transplantation.
Hope this discussion will be helpful to you.
Thank you.
