General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of malodorous vaginal discharge associated with itchiness. it may be bacterial vaginosis or a fungal infection. it is best if you consult with a gynecologist for physical examination and clinical evaluation. management (proper antibiotic/antifungal regimen) and management will be directed accordingly. maintenance of good hygiene is advised. also, after washing, keep the area clean and dry. avoid using chemical irritants such as strong feminine wash. hypoallergenic soap with water will do.

hope this helps.

good day!!
