General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

I would recommend a nasal endoscopy and an upper GI endoscopy, mainly to examine the upper throat region and look for causes for halitosis.

Halitosis is a common problem and can cause embarrassment, but please know that this is nothing serious and in most cases has a very simple and uncomplicated easily treatable cause. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and use a good mouthwash frequently.

Best wishes.
